Non-returned and nonrefundable policy

POLICY OF FINAL SALE, NON-RETURNED AND NONREFUNDABLE PURCHASES

All Final Sale products cannot be returned. All Packages of Services on Special Price and Final Sale are Non-Refundable. Other nonreturnable purchases include custom orders, open box, prepaid cards, gift certificates, memberships, fees, completed services, and items returned that are damaged, unsanitary, missing major contents or not in a like-new condition.

All gift card purchases and shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not allow the third party sale of our gift cards. Any gift card being sold by any person or business that is not Xbeauty Center will be void.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Xbeauty Center, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the “Service Providers”) from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including wrongful conduct).

All funds are taken in US$. Payment Methods: VISA and MasterCard. We do not offer any refunds or transfers.
